The next IP committee meeting will be held on Saturday, September 2 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. during the Business Law Section’s Annual Labor Day Retreat.
This is a meeting you will not want to miss, as the committee will be hosting a Federal Judicial CLE Q&A with Judges Donald M. Middlebooks and Judge William Matthewman, both from the Southern District of Florida, about litigating IP cases. Judge Middlebrooks is a U.S. District Court Judge and Judge Matthewman is a U.S. Magistrate Judge.
